Do the search engine submission. Yahoo currently close the site explorar but still they accept the new listing. The best way is by adding bing webmaster tool on your website. Bing and yahoo are merge and they share their indexing database with each other. Both have different algorithm but still they accept new listing.

I wish I knew how to be indexed in yahoo and bing.
My blog has been going for 2 years. I have a page 3 ranking on google but yahoo and bing dont know my blog exists.
It is no wonder that they are lagging way behind.
