Yes it happens with many webmasters even with me.. If your ranking well in google.. you might show low rankings in yahoo and vice versa.

Do not you know where can I find for example something like "rules of Yahoo's ranking" ?

I think what you need to do is study why your competitors are in good position in Yahoo. You can trace their link counts, anchor text used, sites involve, quality, and relevancy from those sites they link to. Once you know these things, you'll know what to do to one up them.
