    I have used the free submission form to submit my domain to Yahoo Directory. From what I saw on the site, they get 1000s of applications a day.

    Do you get any kind of notice if your site has been accepted or not?
    If you don't get any kind of an email, how long should I wait before reapplying?

    Yahoo Search Engine Submission is a Great tool but you don't get a backlink from that.
