Is yahoo better than google?

The difference in algorithm makes the difference.

I don't think that yahoo is better than google. Google is my all time favorite search engine. The thing which i like in google is its fast searching. I just love to go with google.

I can't say yahoo is greater then google both are one of the best for eachother.

Its just the algorithm which is a total different in both search engines. But truely speaking you have to consider yourself to crawl your web site in google more better than yahoo. I dont think you would need a reason as it is very clear that GOOGLE IS MORE POPULAR!

Because of the both are different search engines. Same like that when you see the backlinks in yahoo it shows you more than Google backlinks.

Nice question. Thanks for sharing your different opinions. I still prefere Yahoo more than Google, ecause:

1. Yahoo is more interactive.
2. Yahoo search is more direct.
3. Yahoo is more fun. There more pictures and other fun links to go to. Many times you end up clicking on other links.

Even though I love gmail and appreciate it dearly, but bottom line is Yahoo is better.

They both work equally well, if you're not using that to surf the results then you probably need to look into it.
