Hey,

Nice site and well designed! You have used each part and section effectively from top to bottom. However, as a marketer and a user I would like to suggest you to add the featured section a bit down or in the right (if you can so that it should not look messy) and on the top add the current or upcoming festival, event's section as that will attract more visitors.
