The theme is very dull and I suggest changing it.
The overall graphics are pretty good.
The sections are very specific and I like them.
You have way to many Administrators!
Other than that it is pretty good!

The color theme looks good. What I want to suggest is put something on the vacant space on the top section of your forum.
