Many open source projects seem to use PHP, MySQL and Apache. So I would assume that is more useful. Although it also seems that many commercial projects use asp.. so it's completely depend on u for which purpose you want to use it...

Apache,PHP,MYSQL are the open source so it has some limitations.
where IIS,ASP,SQL are closed source....with some more advantages

Because i have grip on PHP, MYSQL very well.
