blogging on youtube?

when you blog on youtube is it through your videos?
So you don't write in, you video it?

Also how do you set a blog, I"m confused

Most YouTubers call it Vlog as in Video Log.

You can make videos using a program like Windows Movie Maker and just talk about whatever, share your day, etc.

Otherwise to do a written type blog you could join a community like http://www.livejournal.com which is what I use.
