    Default Installing Ruby on Rails on Media Temple Host?

    I'm trying to install a Ruby on Rails app on my MediaTemple VH hosting, I'm trying to follow this tutorial http://wiki.rubyonrails.org/rails/pages/HowtoInstallAndRunRubyOnRailsOnPlesk however, I'm new with Unix and RPM, and I'm unable to find the ftp link for glibc-headers 2.3.4-2. Does anyone know where I can find it? Do you have experience installing RoR on MediaTemple, is it hard?
