is it safe to delete XML Documents?

i don't know what these files are but everytime i close my safari browser, i clean cache and internet history. But these XML files are still in that certain folder... is it safe to delete these files? I am trying to delete my internet tracks and sites visited as well as sensitive informations i have used on the Internet.
these XML files are already in SAFARI Folder, which means that there are no iTunes or QuickTime XML files included here.

You should open it and find out what in there. You'll probably know the answer.
Also you can trying moving it to a different folder, start the browser and then see what happens. If the browser works just fine, then it means that you can actually delete the file.
