you can try to use Wordpress' export feature. You can find this feature under Tools > Export. Setup the new blog and import.

Wordpress' export is problematic- since you are using cPanel, you can create a database backup, and then import it on the new server. Both cPanel and Plesk support a GUI method of backing up and restoring a MySQL database.

i tried before 2 months when i was moving to godaddy it showed me error 200 while importing new server. =((

The best and safest way is to create a database dump, compress all your files and them upload them via FTP. It will work seamlessly. If you're changing your domain name you need to change it though the wordpress admin.
