i want to install linux and windows xp on the same PC.?

i want to install linux (probably susie) on my pc which currently running windows Xp. so i have 2 operating system. can someone help me please.
Attention! I'm currently running WINXP and i don't have any problem with space/partition. i have 410GB space

Especially if you have two hard disks or hard disk partions, this should not be difficult. Standard linux installer allows you to setup for dual boot. Also, most linux installations online provides you this documentation. Below are a few samples

Dual boot is probably the best option. Don't use VMWare. I just doesn't work well.

You can do that if you have an extra free partition.

I have a problem. I installed both XP and Linux. Then I uninstalled Linux and deleted Linux HD partition. But now I see the menu of shoosing OS every time when I load XP.

If you want to virtualise it use Windows Virtual Server 2005, Virtual PC, VMWare or Hyper V for use on a microsoft Server 2008.

Hi.
If you want to install both winxp and linux in your computer you can use VMware it allows you to install two different operating system, as long as you have enough memory and hard disk.
