Want to create a website for my company. Need Help!!!
I am working in an advertising company and I want to establish a website for my company. I am little bit nervous about fake companies which take money early and not complete your work at time. Anyone please suggest me any company which can make a website for me and ask for the money after the completion of the work.

My advice is to use an online site builder, there are hosts out there provide free site builders for customers. Have a look at doteasy, they provide free hosting service with free site builders.

the best way and the easiest way to create a site is through templates. creating a site using templates doesn't require any programming knowledge. you can buy the templates from a vendor and create a site. i created my site by this method only. i bought templates from here. you can also try this site Tucktail.com to get the templates.

Templates are fine for starter and low traffic sites, but if you really want to make an impression on your potential visitors it is worthwhile to have a designer custom make a site for you. Most experienced, well known web designers would ask for a deposit. 50% up front and 50% at completion is not unusual, and is reasonable. Just as you are wanting assurance of getting a web site, the designer is going to want assurance that they will be paid for their work.
A good start would be to ask your web hosting provider for recommendations, if they have been around for awhile they should know high quality web designers.
