I would recommend going with a more specialist web host possible a small business that can help you with your web site and be more tailored to helping you and happy for your business then just wanting to take your money from you.

I would recommend a mid range package and something that is not dirt cheap it will only get you into issues later on.

I used free web hosting for two years when I first started and it took me a long time to ensure everything was ported across especially email. I wish I had purchased my own domain name when I first started with good hosting.
