I Want To Pay For Web Hosting, But I Live Outside The U.S.?

There are just too much information concerning my query but they give very very little help.

I'd like to find a web hosting company that has payment options for people living outside the U.S. who don't use credit cards nor paypal etc.

I'd like to pay by Bank Wire or Money Order, etc.
I just want a good Unix/Linux Host with a CPanel interface.
The cost should be within the normal industry average.

You can certainly find a host in your country (wherever you are!).
I have servers in uk, germany, france, spain and portugal.
ALL are "LAMP" servers (Linux/Apache/Mysql/PhP), no flipping windows or Microsoft support.
All have Cpanel (not the best but ok).
All use simple FTP for upload/downloads.
My server in portugal allows all kinds of payments, cheques, bank transfer, postal orders!
Portugal server: www.weboeste.com, less than 100 euros per year.
And don't worry: they do speak english!
