Enterprise level shared hosting?

I'm just wondering if there are hosts catering for people that dont want/need a dedicated server but DO want a high level of service and support and are willing to pay for the privilage?

I'm talking up into the $100-200 range?

I am currently evaluating Mosso + MediaTemple GRID service however they dont quite meet my requirements. I need something i can actually rely on, what i dont need is 80gb of storage of 2tb of transfer

There are many reliable shared hosting providers out there that answer support tickets in under 30 minutes. You don`t need to pay $100 to $200 per month...you can get a managed VPS for a lot less than that.

What are you r real requirements? You state enterprise level shared hosting but what does that actually mean to you? Do you want the fastest servers for your site? Do you need tons of resources for your site? Are you looking for some specific kind of support, backups, software? etc. Answering these questions will help you get a better answer to your question.
