How to cancel or change my free web hosting at godaddy?

I had recently chosen the Windows web server when I wanted to set it up. But later on, I wanted to change it to LINUX web server. I had not yet set up the Windows web server. Is there a way for me to change it to LINUX web server? This is a free web host given to me during my registration in godaddy.com. Thanks.

Good choice on using linux over windows(server wise), you should contact godaddy.com

Yeah..you should contact the godaddy.com regarding your decision. Linux server is always better than the windows web server. Good decision!
Meanwhile if you are planning to see another host, you can always visit 24HostingNow.com for reliable hosting with cheap prices. I have been with them from past 1 year. Cheers

Free webhosting can be good to use for some cases but it does not replace the uptime, reliability and support provided by paid shared hosts.

You can find hosts on the net for any need you require.

I would say that its good that you r choosing the Linux web server.

According to me its more reliable. I prefer Linux only.

It's good you want to go with Linux. Contact GoDaddy about this, I'm sure they can replace your account on Linux servers.

I never ever get free hosting, there's no reliable support, no nothing. I'm not sayin that there's bad support for paid hosting, but at least you get something back.
