It is not unique offer.. Almost every web hosting provider offers free domain name within hosting plans.
But not every company is reliable..
Be sure that the company you are going to deal with is trustworthy.. Say Gigapros.com web hosting provider will pass on the savings to you and provide you will stable hosting services..

Most web hosting company that I know of also offers free domain name for life. Just make sure that the domain name will also be registered under your name so there will be no problems in the long run.
