I would like to thank you guys for keeping me informed - Bodhost company looks to be reliable and will give them a try.
Their Fail-over VPS hosting plans impressed me a lot...

Few Steps to setup your VPS-CPANEL:
1 - Login to your VZMC and get inside your server
2 - Create a new VPS with the Sample Ve Config call vps.cpanel
3 - Select the ips you want to use in that VPS and the dns servers.
4 - Select RedHat Enterprise Template
5 - Dont select any addon.You dont need it for cpanel.
6 - Select the Space / Memory / CPU . All the normal stuff of your normal VPS. Put Start on boot and the rest of the normal stuff. Rememeber to use unlimited VPs.
7 - Go to your Ev1 Member section, open a ticket with your IP / and root password and request ev1 to get your VPS register in up2date.

VPS deals ... guess proaxxs.net VPS deals are worth your attention because they are inexpensive and resourceful.
They give the perfect opportunity to operate as a dedicated server with root access, to learn the operations of such without risk, and without the huge outlay of capital.

Once that has been done, you need to make sure the new VPS has a valid cPanel VPS license. Once it has one..you will need to logon to the new VPS WHM to change a few things
1) Change the MAIN IP for the VPS in Basic cPanel/WHM Setup
2) Use the WHM function to change the IP address of the domain/account you have in there to the ip address assigned to the vps.
3) You might want to checkthe VPS hostname as well as the reverse dns settings to make sure it matches / updated.
4) Via WHM or SSH, check the VPS resolv.conf – make sure it is using a working / valid nameserver otherwise many things will be screwy.
5) if u change the hostname of the VPS – it is best to reset the server cert under Manage Service SSL Certificates
6) Check if the customer has dedicated IP, SSL, External MX settings or such on their old server. if there are such settings, you might want to configure / check them on the VPS on the new server.
