7host? Can I rely on this host?

I am planning to deal with 7host.com cos its shared hosting solutions suit my needs and the company's servers are based in Europe - this what I need.
But don't really know nothing about this host and still hesitate to deal with them.

Is there anyone who has used their services before?

Can I rely on them?

Im not sure about it because i ve not heard much about that provide since i ve hosted my domain with Thewebpole ..the 24/7 customersupport service is good and satisfactory..there are two different OS and threedifferent plans of that you can select the one which suits for you and thereare languages like asp.net,ruby,railsetc also you can choose the type of language you use for you...
