Directory critic.com is the best they have thousands of free directories and they tell you their page rank and if it's a dofollow or nofollow. Even some of them say it takes a long time to get reviewed it's not true.They approve quickly.Good Luck!

In case of finding the best directories sites, you should emphasize on finding the high PR directories rather then finding the least PR directories sites.....
