Directory Submissions have lost value

SEO companies try to sell these services just to get more money for the client. Directories have lost their value much. Google algorithm to evaluate a link has changed.

no!. I think, it is still relevant on Search Engine Optimization, many SEO still using Directory to serve as backlinks and it is still showing up on Search Engine.

I dont agree with you. Nowadays article submission is still worth doing. But it takes time to get approval. If you provide quality article content, sure that you will get good back link and traffic also.
