I dont think, that there will any education directory. Better you can submit in career or education category on normal web directory.

I found 2 directories for you, first is mscperu.org and 2nd is nextgenerationscience.info

You can get the category of college in all directories.There are categories over there so no issue to get the relevant category.

You should not waste time in searching education related directory. You can submit your site in general directories choosing the right category.

you can post your website in any web directory under education directory.
