I been having a hard time in constructing my CSS I'm just a beginner in studying it including php and its been a hard time for me to construct css. Do you know guys where can I find a perfect tutorial for it? Thanks in advance!

Try looking at existing CSS files to figure out how things are done. Also have a look at TopStyle it is a CSS editor that breaks it down for you :-)
