That is a good description between a web developer and a graphic designer. Some people can do both though but you need to ensure that want you want someone to do they can accomplish to a good standard.

Nice description, When I was in second year college I learned that simple html can create a website even though it is static cause we used to have web development subject and I love it.^_^.

one of the things i love doing in my personal computer is designing or creating a website. the first thing i've learned is the html, from the simple to complicated codes together with programming.. is there other techniques in creating websites in a simple way??
