I want to say first that you can not design website without knowledge of html or other languages.
Any way I use dreamweaver for website designing.

We will be adding a free content section in a separate page, which is basically a compilation of our staff created content, as well as member submitted content. The only caveat is that a credit for work link must stay in tact if you are going to use it. Basically provide a backlink to the author from the article.
