The impact of first point depends on the way you have promoted your business.Suppose you have web design business and promoting on different sites with flash website design. Once users came from those resources look for the informaiton about flash website design and if he wouldn't get that infromation which you have desctibed with promotional content, there is much possibility that he would leave your websit.Integration of subscription option in design would be an ideal choice to stay connected.
