yes I agree, I use photoshop for slicing and converting layers to jpegs and let photshop do the html code, I'm looking for a way to convert it from PSD to css , I'll probably look for that online

Photoshop is the most common software to convert PSD to CSS.. And its known to be the easiest.!

We use fireworks, which is a great tool to do all things in terms of PSD> HTML. Macromedia Fireworks works well with Dreamweaver. You can open a PSD in Fireworks, slice it, then export to Dreamweaver.
