audience and be in the reach of potential audience.How much ever a site may look fabulous but
if it does not reach its audience then what for the site is. Every thing needs to be done
that brings a site more closer to its intention.

Yes, it is first requirement of the web development that it should meet the users criteria and it should be user friendly so that they can interact with your web application very easily. If your web application is very good and very flashy but if it doesn't meet the user's criteria then there will no need of this web application so just keep in mind the users need while doing web development.....
