The first link is Spamhaus, a well-respected anti-spam organization with close ties to law enforcement.

The second is by a person who used to work with Andrew Jacob Stephens, but quit when he found out spamming was taking place.

Would you trust this kind of person to handle the lifeblood of your business, the advertising?

Would you trust giving a convicted criminal who is still engaged in illegal activity your credit card number?

Please, avoid doing business with these criminals.

You can get total help in joomla tutor available on joomla community site. You can download video tutorial from web. And for CSS, there are too many online tutorials and books available. Go for them.
