try to explore your flash. but if you really don't have any idea on how to use it, you can use tutorials. but its an achievement if you discover it to yourself.

=> just an opinion. 'coz i'm also doing that. and it really nice to find solution to your self. if you know the basic you can do it by yourself without any tutorials.
