About Blogging Platform

Deos anyone know good blogging platform that can speed up blog submission manually? It take lots of time making new blog post in each site besite i would like to know about OPML i have made .xml file for that but when i import it all link appear in blogroll but without Link description and link its just show plain url which spoil the whole blog look. Please let me know how to manage it.

I use WordPress as well, however I run it from my server and I have noticed that not everyone does. but it is also true that i am using blogspot still. by using blogspot i can earn money..
