Photoshop is one of the best only, why are you looking for another tool, try to use latest version of Photoshop to get desired work. Also you can use AI that is Illustrator for more customized design.

With my review there are so many tools available in market for designing. But out of all Photoshop is well known. I think it is good to use because there are so many tool and activity provide in it.
