How do I fix computer error problems? I'm unable to delete, run and install

Your computer is probably FLOODED with malware, spybots and from the looks of it tons of viruses.

You probably want to kill your connection to the internet for now or else all these viruses will continue to bring in more crap and really obliterate your operating system.

These errors are no doubt in part due to these wares blocking and restricting any changes because it is afraid you are trying to get rid of it.

Step 1: immediately sever the internet connection to your computer

Step 2: Run your anti-virus in SAFE MODE : restart computer and hit F8 really fast then choose "Safe Mode" this will only run the basics to start the computer. When it starts up run your Anti-Virus. This is done to trick the viruses into thinking the computer has not booted up. If you get shut down during Safe Mode, consider formatting your computer or getting a more aggressive Anti-virus program.

Step 3: Once you clear your Viruses, proceed to clear out your Spywares. Spybot or Windows Defender or NOD32 can help clean out the junk!

Be careful what you open next time!

If you have any important files, back it up onto CD or External HDD. Then Completely re-install windows. It may actually take less time and effort to do a clean install than to try and fight to clean these problems up.
