Computer System?

Would my computer work on windows games with these system requirements?

MY COMPUTER SYSTEM:
Genuine Intel CPU T2060 1.60 GHZ Processor
RAM-1014 MB
Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset Family 224MB Video Card Available

WINDOWs GAME REQUIREMENTS:
1.7 GHz Intel CPU, or AMD XP 2100 processor, 512 MB RAM memory, 2.1 GB free hard disk drive space, 128 MB video card, DVD drive, DirectX 9.0-compatible video card. (Windows Vista requires a 2.4 GHz processor or equivalent and 1 GB RAM)

WILL THE GAME RUN AT A GOOD RATE OR A SLOW RATE OR AVERAGE? Will it Even LET ME INSTALL THE GAME INTO MY PC?

it should run fine. Not fast/good, but not horrible. (well, maybe a little on the worse side)
I am assuming hte 1.7 GHz requirement is in Pentium architecture, your T2060 should be in C2D architecture meanig your 1.6ghz is actually faster than a Pentium4 1.7ghz.
if you dopn't understand that, it's ok. it doens't really matter

It will run at an extremly slow rate, and you'll throw your laptop at a wall

Yes it can work, but you can suffer from slow speed.

As far as my technical knowledge is concern I would like to say that It should run normally. Not fast / good, but not horrible. (Of course, maybe a little bad side) I assume that hte 1.7 GHz Pentium architecture requirements, your T2060 is a 1.6GHz C2D your architecture meanig is actually faster than the 1.7GHz Pentium4's.
