...the battery? My battery of the labtop is only 4% for many days and there is no sign that the charging of the battery is going on ? Does my computer is NOT charging or my battery is dead ? How to do with it now ? I really wish it is a dead battery than to fix the computer. Right ?

If the percentage remains at 4% and you are using the machine then the charger is working. Two things to try Borrow a battery from someone who had the same machine and see if your charger maintains its charge over a days use. if ok then you buy another battery. But if the charge in "friends" battery slowly drops then your charger is at fault. and this is often the case. best of luck ROBERTO
