when i start laptop i get system performance warning?

It really depends on what you want to make a laptop computer. In addition to money for RAM - which could be part of the trick - you need to prioritize which programs are important to you, and remove them from the beginning, the load memory useless.

In my opinion best thing to do is install fresh copy of windows (prior to that do a backup) and adjust your windows setting to your system performance.
