Go to Start-settings -control Panel-Mouse-click on pointer tab then click on browse and select whatever cursor u want.

In fact, some of the problems is impossible to know what is wrong, just by hearing the problems described. Perhaps, if you can provide a very detailed description, it will help, but this is not always possible. Is this a case of the disappearance of the cursor. I've seen this, I see different reasons.
