    Default Computer not picking up new hardware?!?

    I installed a smc wireless card on my computer a while back and then it crashed. I did a system restore and kept all my old files. It kept the program for the wireless card but the computer won't pick it up. I've tried manually uninstalling the card and reinstalling it but it didn't work. I've lost the disk that the card came with and its instructions. I don't know what to do next. I've tried everything i can think of.

    If you consider a refurbished computer, you will need to start with the obvious case of a desktop PC. A good start is what you need to put down the computer. For example, if your child needs something just for surfing and e-mail a very inexpensive unit will suffice.
