ok. so i have a dell. and a dell monitor. my computer worked fine untill one day we moved its location to my room. and now it wont work with the monitor. the monitor goes to sleep some how. i know its nothing wrong with the monitor because we tried it on another one. and theres nothing wrong with the plugin on the PC because when it starts up it shows the windows logo and loads. but then the monitor goes to sleep...... so i know its something with the PC. what i did try is pressing a button on the monitor and a message poped up saying something about the PC beeng on energy saving mode. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!! i just dont get whats going on.....

P.S. im using my dads computer to type this.... so dont ask how did i ask this question.... use common sense
