    Default problem with computer screen ?

    when i turn my computer on in the morning, the stuff comes on the screen but then slowly fades away.....i have to turn the computer on and off a few times before the stuff on the screen actually comes,, otherwise it comes and then fades away, leaving just a black screen....
    what could be the problem ??

    re-install your video/ Monitor drivers,

    If that dosent work try on another pc if it does the same, Fingers crossed its still under warranty

    First u reinstall ur graphics driver and if any cd for moniter u install that driver also

    if it dosent work... the best way is........

    just call the mechanic ....

    i think thats the best way.....

    or else it may damage the screen.

    better is that and not to repair by ur self

    is there anything resting on the off button? or any other internal or external buttons?

    Probably your video card, it may be loose. You can try opening your case and checking if it's still snuggly in your MB. But it just may be dead, monitors do have a life span. They do usually get all funky coloured first, but it could just be fried. Check for strong magnetic sources close to it as well. Speakers are a good one, I have seen large speakers affect a monitor before.
