    Default Someone improperly removed a USB device on my computer. Now,get new hardware

    wizard @ startup.Make it go away! New hardware wizard starts when computer boots up. Computer thinks there is a new USB device - there is not. I can't get it to stop. Help, please!

    Continue the process it says.This should make it go away and at the last uncheck the prompt me to install this device.

    Look in control panel / system / device manager for yellow exclamation mark. Then uninstall that driver.

    Let The Wizard Do Its Thing And Then It Should Go Away.
