Suggestion for Best UPS system??

I am gonna buy me a new UPS for my Desktop. I am from India. Let me get a good suggestion from you. The thing to be remembered is i need a UPS which is available in Indian market. And at nominal cost around 1000-2000 INR, I don't need any super functional but a good quality ups which saves up my Hard disk and CPU. And give me some little back of 30 min or 20 minutes.
