About LinkBacksI'm not able to post replies to any thread, everytime I reply to a thread I get the message that unless the moderators approve the post will not be visible. Am I only one getting this message ?

I'm not able to post replies to any thread, everytime I reply to a thread I get the message that unless the moderators approve the post will not be visible. Am I only one getting this message ?

We have a spam protection system enabled so if the system finds the post contains a spam message / link it puts in under moderation. We check the moderation queue regularly and we approve posts that are fit to be listed in the forum. The posts should be approved within a few hours of posting.Originally Posted by Josh-A

Ahh that's whyThen that is good to know that we have this " spam protection system " I guess every form should need that.

that's good. in another forum, i was suddenly "blocked" for the reason that i was spamming, where in fact, i didn't post spam messages. all of a sudden i could not log in to that forum, and i couldn't post anymore.

posts are approved but they are not spam it same answers may be.........

kingage21's post sums up for me the problem with having a limitation on what you can do, having to rack up 15 posts (per user) means an awful amount of 'spam posts' in the forums, full of 'this is interesting to share' and 'you have a good opinion with which i am interested to learn. Thank you' Could there ever be a revision of this system?

Sometime they have the some policy like upto 10 or 20 posting your post will not approved or your signature will not approved,don't worry and keep posting.

its all depend on moderator as they puts some checks on spam links..stuff like that..
