    You can use a 301 redirect. 301 redirect is the most efficient and Search Engine Friendly method for webpage redirection. It's not that hard to implement and it should preserve your search engine rankings for that particular page. If you have to change file names or move pages around, it's the safest option. The code "301" is interpreted as "moved permanently".

    HTTP Redirection in CloudFlare. Log in to Cloud Flare and select the site. Go to Page Rules. Click “Create Page Rule” Enter the URL (put the asterisk, so redirection happens for all the URI) Click “Add a Setting” and select “Always Use HTTPS” from the drop-down.

    Once you install an SSL certificate on your website, you need to redirect your visitors to the secured (HTTPS) version of your site. Setting up an HTTP/HTTPS redirect in IIS. Download and install the “URL Rewrite” module. Open the “IIS Manager” console and select the website you would like to apply the redirection to in the left-side menu: Double-click on the “URL Rewrite” icon. Click “Add Rule(s)” in the right-side menu.

    If you are not a developer better to hire a developer for this task, although its a small task but any wrong change can worse the situation.

    Shared hosting providers mostly offer cPanel & option to modify.htaccess where you can enter the following code to start the redirection:
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTPS} off
    RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI}

    Converting your website from HTTP to HTTPS may be annoying for some, specifically in case you haven’t accomplished it before. So here are 3 smooth methods on the way to easily make the trade, with none bad effects:
    1) Through a PHP function
    2) Through the .htaccess file
    3) Using a HTML meta tag
