I think first second and third points are similar in common you can directly that unique contents are very effective in SEO does not matter you are writing article or content for your websites.

first second and third one are similar, if content is not unique and copied from some other place then sure google will slap your SERP

Unique content is very important in SEO... Duplicate content can make your site be penalized and all of your efforts would be useless...
