What amused me a little was the 2 at exponent 32 fear (somewhere at the end of the seo check list) . LOL it was something like the Y2k problem.

Google figures that when one page links to another page, it is effectively casting a vote for the other page. The more votes that are cast for a page, the more important the page must be. Also, the importance of the page that is casting the vote determines how important the vote itself is. Google calculates a page's importance from the votes cast for it.

i totally agree with u frd,
inter linking is also a main factor for SEO and getting importance of inner pages in front of search engines. inter linking also helps getting inner pages crawled and indexed well so as to get good rankings in search engines.
