Is there any such thing as over using H2 tag on a page? I want to use one H1, 5 H2s, and many h3s
Is this format ok? are we only allowed to use one each?

Is there any such thing as over using H2 tag on a page? I want to use one H1, 5 H2s, and many h3s

You can use as many as you want h1..h6 tag in your page..it doesn't make any harm unless you are placing keywords in it unnecessarily. Make sure that you are making proper use of it like h1 for title of article, h2 for subtitle and so on..

iam usually used that ...
Or if you confused, you can look blog with best PR in search engine ..

H1 and H2 can be implemented in the home and other pages targeting the keyword. The main headings are implemented in H1 and the sub headings using H2. You can use 1 H1 tag because it has more value in the eyes of search engine and i think H2 tags upto 4
