Anyone can tell me how to take backlinks from twitter?

I doubt that twitter will give you some link juice..as backlinks they do use this url shortener..which redirects to your site and i doubt that this will give some tons of backlinks...but traffic for sure it will send you some visitors.

Just post some good pots on the wall along with links..

^ Nope it wont give you a backlink, you can only get a Direct Traffic from twitter just make sure that your post is not suspicious to be a spam and make it more catchy and interesting to visit.

You can get traffic alone from twitter, do some microblogging about your site in it.

Twitter has all outgoing links nofollowed so forget about build links but it can definitely help get you traffic to your website.

Make your post looks simple but catchy. Some post are very obvious. Make your post unique. Good Luck

but, before that you must get many followers because with many followers is very easy to do promotion and mybe many people click you links ..

Twitter helps you to get more traffic.. And also this can be achieved only if your profile is more active and your followers ready to retweet yours..
