Dofollow social sites or forum could be a great! Also get a link from a listed site that can also fasten indexing

What do you mean index your keyword? if you are saying to index your site, try submitting your site into social bookmarking sites.

First of all keywords are not being index. Google mainly index the pages of your site. Submitting to top social bookmarking sites like digg can get your page indexed within a day. You can also try to submit a sitemap of your site using your Google webmaster account for faster indexing of you whole site.

The only way to get good SERP in Google is BAcklink.increase your backlinks as many as possible, it will help u in getting Good SERP in Google

Getting indexed in 24 hours??? I don't know how possible that is. I know you would have to do more than social bookmarking though.

For that you have to increase the back link of the site. for increasing back link of the site you need to do bookmarking, directory submission, article submission, blog commenting.

You can not index keywords. google only index web pages.
To get your web pages on first page of google with targeted keywords then use your keywords on title and description when submit site to bookmarking sites, article posting or
blog posting.
